What are the benefits of staying in an apartment in Cardiff instead of a hotel?

We want you to experience a “home from home” environment. We offer a spacious serviced apartment in Cardiff where you can come and go as you please, have the freedom to lounge around, entertain as you wish and use the facilities at your leisure, which results in a stress-free break away.

All prices are based on the use of the entire self-catering apartment in Cardiff and therefore can offer great savings over equivalent hotel rooms.

Is the apartment fully furnished?

Everything is provided to make your stay as easy and efficient as possible. This includes: toiletries, toilet roll, hand soap, towels, bedding, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, washing powder and conditioner etc.

What facilities are provided?

The apartment in Cardiff comes with all the mod cons including: Digital TV (Virgin Media), wireless broadband, DVD player, music system, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, iron and board, vacuum cleaner, crockery, glassware, Gas Central Heating.

How do I book?

How do I pay?

All payment details will be confirmed at booking. A bond/deposit is required within 7 days to secure your booking (this will be refunded to you on check-out) with the remainder to be paid no later than 28 days prior to arrival (please see terms and conditions for further information on payment).

We accept payment by cash, cheque or bank transfer. We also accept payment by all major credit cards (via paypal) however this facility does incur a small charge.

Terms and Conditions

Confirmation

When a written confirmation of your booking is issued a contract will be bound between you and us. You will be required to check the details on the confirmation and notify us of any incorrect details.

Prices

All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling. They are based on costs prevailing at the time of quotation and may be subject to change. Any discounts and special offers are only applicable at the time of booking and cannot be applied once the booking has been confirmed. All prices quoted are based on a maximum of 4 people occupying the two double bedrooms. Extra charges will apply for additional guests and the use of sofa beds.

Method of Payment

Cancellation

If you have to, or wish to, cancel your booking, you must inform us in writing as soon as possible by e-mail to:

If cancellation is made 28 days prior to arrival date and acknowledged by us, you will receive a full refund less deposit.

Where a cancellation is received less than 28 days prior to arrival refunds are made at our discretion and subject to the apartment being re-let.

No refunds will be made for non arrivals

We advise that you obtain appropriate and adequate travel and personal insurance cover as depending on the reasons for your cancellation, you may be able to reclaim our cancellation charges from your insurance company.

Alterations to your Booking

If you wish to alter your booking once a written confirmation has been issued — e.g. change of dates and decreasing the length of stay, we will make every effort to meet your request and an administration fee of £25 will be payable to us once any change has been made. No administration charge will apply if you extend your booking beyond the period booked.

Extension of Bookings

Extensions of current reservations are subject to availability and rate change. In order to confirm your extension, full payment is required at the time you inform us of the notification.

Early departures

Monies will not be refunded in the event that you need to check out prior to the agreed departure date.

Accommodation and Occupancy

The number of people allowed to occupy the apartment is limited to the number of beds. The apartment can occupy 6 people, however provisions regarding linen, towels etc is subject to the amount of people confirmed at time of booking.

Arrivals and departures

Apartments are reserved from 14:00hrs on the day of arrival to 14:00hrs on the day of departure. Any request for check-in and/check-out outside of these hours is subject to our discretion. Later check-in and check-out times may apply on certain dates, you will be advised of this at the time of booking.

Collection of Keys

If we are not able to meet you at the property on the day of arrival, the key will be sent by recorded delivery to an address advised by you.

Return of Keys

All apartment keys in your possession must be posted through the letterbox marked no. 8 at the bottom of the stairs, by the door to the car park. Failure to do so and in the event of a key being lost or damaged will incur a £30 charge.

Security deposit/end of tenancy charges

The required deposit/bond will be returned to you on check-out. In the event of any damage/loss/breakage of property any monies will be deducted at our discretion.

Your accommodation charges cover an end of tenancy clean of up to 2 hours, anytime beyond this will be subject to a minimum charge of £30.

Loss or damage

We cannot be held responsible in any way for loss or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the property. Nor can we be held liable for the acts or defaults caused by third parties. You are also advised to ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay.

Services

We cannot be held responsible for any failure or interruption of services to the apartment, including electricity and water or any damage, disruption or noise caused as a result of repair works being carried out in another part of the property.

Pets

We regret that pets are not allowed into our apartment.

Smoking

We operate a NO SMOKING POLICY. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment or in any area of the apartment block. If, in our reasonable opinion, smoking has occurred in the apartment during your stay we reserve the right to charge you for additional cleaning of the apartment.

Car Parking

A secure, free car parking space is provided and marked no. 46 which can be found adjacent to the cycle rack and outside the front door to the apartment block.

Cleaning and Linen

Linen and towels will be replaced on the days specified by us. A weekly maid service is offered.
